Yet, the innovations we come across in our day-to-day work can be a real eye-opener for those outside the industry.

Take a recent visit to a local seamstress, as an example.   Obviously very experienced in her field, but she had never seen the magnetic zip we asked her to fit to our client’s winter jacket.  She was fascinated by the simplicity of the product, and it was a joy to watch her marvel at how such a simple, yet clever, solution resolved the issue of a fiddly zipper.
