Jackie joined KW Therapy Ltd in May 2021 as Marketing Manager.

Her primary responsibility is overseeing the company’s marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive brand growth. However, she also works closely with therapists, supporting them in achieving their client goals. Jackie is customer-focused, innovative, and detail-oriented, with strong IT skills and a strategic mindset.

In February 2022, she completed her CIW Social Media Strategist training, applying this expertise to enhance KW Therapy’s marketing strategy. In 2025, Jackie further expanded her qualifications by earning the DMI Pro certification, becoming a certified Digital Marketing Professional. This qualification has deepened her expertise in SEO, content marketing, data analytics, and paid advertising, enabling her to implement targeted campaigns that increase engagement and client outreach.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, Jackie plays a vital role in managing KW Therapy’s online presence. She oversees website content, social media strategy, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring they effectively communicate the company’s values and services. She also analyses digital performance metrics to refine strategies and improve audience reach. Additionally, Jackie manages online advertising, lead generation, and search engine optimisation (SEO) to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

Beyond digital channels, she is responsible for KW Therapy’s external communications, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms. She also contributes to industry events, exhibitions, and festivals, playing a key role in identifying networking opportunities and optimising marketing budgets.

Before joining KW Therapy, Jackie worked as a Corporate Data Manager, where she developed her skills in data management, communication, and design—foundational skills that now support her digital marketing expertise.
