With a Diploma in Leadership and Business Management, she is an excellent organiser with strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. She thrives in managing teams, streamlining office operations, and driving efficiency.
Vicki manages all administrative activities essential to the smooth running of the office, overseeing the administration team and optimising administrative processes. She is also responsible for the company accounts, handling invoicing, payments, and financial record-keeping to ensure smooth financial operations. Her keen attention to detail and understanding of financial management contribute to the overall stability and efficiency of the business. She is well-versed in compliance, having completed GDPR training in 2024 to ensure KW Therapy adheres to all relevant data protection regulations. To expand her industry knowledge, Vicki regularly participates in training sessions alongside the therapy team.
A key part of her role involves liaising with clients and case managers, coordinating appointments, and ensuring they are kept informed. She also manages supplier relationships, organises client visits, and sources essential equipment for Occupational Therapists to meet client needs. Before joining KW Therapy, Vicki built a strong background in sales and customer service, equipping her with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. She remains calm under pressure and is adept at delivering high-quality service in fast-paced environments.
