Ciara Sharrock, Occupational Therapy Assistant
Ciara joined KW Therapy Ltd in 2023 as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, bringing with her over six years of experience from her previous role at Krinvest Care Group, where she worked as both a Support Worker and Occupational Therapy Assistant. She has extensive experience in delivering rehabilitative services to individuals with a wide range of mental, physical, emotional, and developmental challenges. Always friendly, always focused—Ciara’s a fantastic addition to the team!

Seeing clients progress and their motivation to engage!
Q Tell us about your most memorable client moment?
Supporting a young lad to start increasing independence by putting his own pants on – seeing him being able to follow the steps and pull his pyjama bottoms up to his waist was just AMAZING!
Q If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?
The ability to fly – I think this would be amazing plus really handy for quick holidays!
Q How do you unwind after a busy day?
Getting in my pyjamas and watching my favourite TV programmes
Q What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?
High ropes and zip line
Q If you could switch places with any other healthcare professional for the day, who would it be and why?
Surgeon – I think it would be so interesting to see what it’s like within an operating theatre. Would be amazing to be able to perform surgery on someone who needs help!
