Vicki joined KW Therapy Ltd in October 2017 as Office Manager.
As Office Manager, Vicki's main role is to provide office support to the business. She is a great organiser with strong administration skills and a flair for leading and motivating teams. Vicki is responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. She ensures that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively. In 2018 Vicki completed a GDPR Training course to ensure that KW Therapy is compliant with all the relevant data protection regulations. Vicki regularly attends training courses with the therapy team to expand her knowledge base within the health care industry.
Part of Vicki's role is to liaise with clients and case managers arranging appointments and keeping them updated. She contacts companies and representatives arranging client visits or resourcing equipment requested by the Occupational Therapists to meet the client's needs.
Prior to working with KW Therapy, Vicki worked in a sales and customer service role for many years. She has excellent customer service skills and works well under pressure.
In 2018 Vicki organised the KW Therapy stand at the Accessible Festival and is looking forward to organising 2019's stand at the festival, Vicki also helped organise the KW Therapy Christmas charity event for clients and case managers in November were we helped raise funds for Headway Preston and Chorley.
